Back Order Policy

Back orders will ship as soon as they become available.  A 10% discount will be given on all back ordered items as a way to say thank you for waiting at the time the back ordered items ship along with the tracking number.

Orders are processed as received and in stock items are shipped.  We will notify you will the back order date when the in stock items ship.  There is no additional shipping charges for this service.  You may also add to your back order if you do so within two weeks of scheduled shipment date.

Should you decide not to keep the back order please let us know you would like to cancel at least one week prior to shipment.  If the order ships before you notify us there will be a stop shipment charge that comes from UPS to return the item back to the warehouse.
