Return Policy

We stand behind our products 100%.  If for any reason you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of receipt of items.  All items must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as was received.  Please do not return used, laundered or dirty bedding as this is a health issue and will not be accepted.  We will not accept bedding returns that have been used by your furry friends.  

If you receive a damaged item please contact us asap so that we may assist you in taking care of any issues.
